Guelph, Ontario, (January 24, 2011). BIOREM Inc. (TSX-V:BRM) a leading clean technology company that designs, manufactures and distributes a comprehensive line of clean technology air emission control systems, today announced that Mr. Robert Wood has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer of the Company, effective February 7, 2011. Before joining Biorem, Mr. Wood served as the CFO of Trojan Technologies, a leading global water treatment technology company. Mr. Wood also held positions of progressive responsibility in the field of financial management as a management consultant in France and at Weston Bakeries Ltd. in Toronto, Ontario. “Our expanding business will benefit significantly from having an accomplished financial executive with an excellent track record in the large capital equipment industry to support our growth and ensure we remain focused on achieving positive financial results,” said Peter Bruijns, President and CEO of Biorem. “I was attracted to Biorem because it is an exciting, growing and ambitious business. Order Bookings are those binding contracts that the Company enters into with a third party for the delivery of our products or services. As Order Bookings are received, the contract value (before any associated sales taxes) is included in the Order Backlog. The Order Backlog is reduced by the revenue that is recognized on each project.
