Compact 12', modular design
|
The compact footprint allows for a single space saving unit that can be configured to handle airflows from 1000 cfm. The modular design allows manifolding several biofilter units together for larger installations up tp 3000 cfm.

Biomedia
|
Compost based media is a unique all natural formula which combines nutrients, adsorbens and pH buffers to deliver extended 3 to 5 year media life and >99% H2S removal efficiency.

Media compaction resistance
|
Special pie shaped plenum pieces form a platform which supports each individual tray. Each layer is limited to a depth of 12". A center support column supports the plenum pieces along with circumferential supports on the inside of the vessel.

All climate construction
|
The BMF 12 is made of UV stabilized Fiberglass-Reinforced Plastic. This material is corrosion resistant, insulated and ideal for all weather climates.

Sealed construction
|
Flat neoprene gaskets are used to seal the domes cover while special neoprene gaskets are used between the plenums to prevent leakage of gases.
