Our Challenge

Tired of the high maintenance and operating costs previously experiences with their activated carbon units, the city of La Malbaie, was looking for BIOREM® to treat the 1,770 cfm of foul air from their wastewater treatment plant.

Our Solution

Biorem installed a high efficiency Basys 12 unit to treat the foul air. Working with Roche Consulting, the Basys 12 odor control system was installed with BIOREM's winterization package, consisting of a compact, high efficiency, auto-actuation steam generator and vessel insulation with aluminum cladding.

Our Success

The City of La Malbaie is our most northern client yet, and they can be sure that the unit will perform beyond expectations despite outside temperatures reaching -40 degrees C.
