BIOREM® is committed to providing the best service to all its customers.  As part of this commitment, BIOREM® realizes that the service needs of each customer vary, and thus offer three levels of available on-site service.  Regardless of which level of service is initially chosen, a customer can change levels as many times as required to suit their needs.

Level 1
Level 1 is service that is provided on an hourly basis based on the needs of the customer at any given time. 

Level 2
Level 2 is a scheduled service visit that is purchased individually and at a time that is required by the customer.  The service visit will be used to perform a complete inspection of the operation of the biofilter, as well as inspect all on-site equipment to verify that the equipment is operating as per the manufacturer's recommendations. 

Level 3
Level 3 services is a yearly service contract where a qualified BIOREM® service representative performs quarterly scheduled service visits.
