Low level VOC (volatile organic compounds) emissions from municipal wastewater treatment plants, industrial wastewater plants and composting facilities are complex in nature. These emissions are subject to an ever increasing array of federal, state and local regulations. Conventional technologies currently available are highly inefficient with these low level sources.
